• not included in the hire of the main house and the bush cabins are sheets and bath towels; only in the roundhouse we provide these items

• bamarang is not pet-friendly

• included in all dwellings; pillows, pillowcases, mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers

• very little phone coverage reaches bamarang, and there is no wifi

• the main house consists of three dwellings that are a collective hire, and cannot be individually hired out

• all of our residences have BBQs for guests to use

• we have two fully equipped kitchens at the main house; one is suitable for catering and the second is a standard residential kitchen

• we do not provide cots

• the bush cabins are 250 meters from the main house and 80 metres from the roundhouse

• tents and camper vans are allowed on the property, by arrangement only

• we provide firewood and gas during the winter months

• the Shoalhaven river is a 400-metre walk from the top gate in-front of the main house

• cars are not allowed to drive down the river; if there are special circumstances regarding mobility this can be discussed

• we do not support four-wheel driving through the bush and prohibit it on the property

• close by there are two signed bush walks; one on our property and pulpit rock is 2km west along bamarang road

• included in the hire; dishwashing liquid, hand soap, cleaning products and bin bags

• The retreat is located in the bush and on an unsealed gravel road.
