TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING BAMARANG BUSH RETREAT

AGREEMENT:

By making a reservation with Bamarang Bush Retreat, the Hirer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions described below:

BOOKINGS & PAYMENT:

Unless a deposit is received, we reserve the right to reissue the booking dates to a third party. The required deposit is 50% of the total booking cost and must be paid to confirm the reservation. A further 25 % is due 60 days prior, and the remaining 25% at 30 days from the reservation. Bookings under $1000.00 require total payment of invoice upon confirmation.

EFT Bank details will be sent to you via email upon booking. Payment can be made with cash or electronic funds transfer.

IMPORTANT: Please include your name and date of reservation and send a payment confirmation to shon@bushretreat.com.au.

We require a $500.00 security bond for the main house, $350 for the round house and cabins and $1000 for the entire retreat seven days before your arrival, which we will be returning within seven days of check-out. Granted, adherence to the 'Guest Responsibilities' and no damage/breakages to the property or additional staff time spent cleaning, sorting, recycling, or rearranging the retreat to the condition it was found.

Access is only allowed to dwellings that are hired; using spaces without a reservation may result in additional charges applied to the security deposit.

LINEN

Bamarang Bush Retreat does not provide linen (bath towels and sheets) in the cabins and main houses; it is the guest's responsibility to provide linen. We can arrange linen through a local supplier who delivers and collects the order.

At the round house, we supply all linen.

PRICES

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice before a confirmed booking and deposit is paid.

MINIMUM STAY POLICY

2-night minimum

3-night minimum on a long weekend

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bamarang Bush Retreat will not be held responsible for loss of booking where there is a breach of T&Cs or circumstances outside of our control.

If your booking is cancelled and your party receives a partial refund, you forfeit your right to your booking at Bamarang Bush Retreat and cannot be carried over to another date.

Cancellation from the booking date up to 90 days before reservation includes a 30% cancellation fee of the overall total.

Cancellation or within 60 days of booking, a 50% cancellation fee is applied.

Cancellation within 30 days of booking, a 100% cancellation fee is applied.

Bamarang Bush Retreat caters for large groups and retreats. As a result, the retreat is booked well in advance, and late cancellations are difficult to fill. Therefore full payment is still required if cancellation is within 30 days of reservation.

Partial cancellation of dwellings from initial reservation confirmation will result in the rate per night being charged in the same cancellation schedule as referenced above (i.e. Hirer makes booking of all dwellings on the property, then cancels cabins and round house).

Management reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.

In the event of a natural disaster, we will assess circumstances outside our control, pandemic or global issue, the Department of fair trading policy's guidelines, and our terms and conditions to decide on refunds and postponements.

POSTPONEMENT / CHANGE OF DATE

Date changes are allowed only over 90 days before the reservation. After this date, changes are at the discretion of management. A booking cannot be refunded if a client wishes to change the date; postponements to future dates will charge in line with the current rates applicable at that time.

REPAIRS & EMERGENCY WORK

Please highlight any non-emergency repairs to the manager as soon as possible.

We endeavour to fix repairs and carry out emergency work as soon as possible, hopefully within 24 hours, but on occasion, it may take longer due to tradesmen's availability.

PETS

For several reasons, no domestic animals are allowed at Bamarang Bush Retreat. Should you have any questions or clarification regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact us.

LIABILITY

Bamarang Bush Retreat is not liable for any injury suffered by the Hirer, attendees, any agents of the Hirer or other persons invited by the Hirer to the facility, arising from participation in any activities on the facility, or as a result of a Third Party brought on the facility by the Hirer.

RISK WARNING

Persons who enter Bamarang Bush Retreat do so at their own risk. Activities at Bamarang Bush Retreat are varied and involve a risk of injury.

These risks include:

• Unfenced waterways

• Poisonous snakes & spiders

• Dangerous cliffs & rocks

• Fires, open fires and/or coals

• Falling Trees and/or branches

and shall not claim compensation concerning any injury arising from these risks.
