Booking Terms
Bamarang Bush Retreat offers a continuous rate throughout the year. No additional tariffs are applied during holiday periods or long weekends.
BAMARANG BUSH RETREAT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF BOOKING WHERE THERE IS A BREACH OF TERMS & CONDITIONS, IN THE EVENT OF NATURAL DISASTER OR WHERE EVIDENCE OF REASONABLE CARE CAN BE SHOWN.
Minimum Stay Policy -2 night minimum on weekends -3 night minimum on a long weekend -Single night stay in The Back Shed only (midweek)
Bookings - Unless a deposit has been received, we reserve the right to reissue the booking to a third party -Total deposit of $400 is required on all bookings. (50% deposit for Bush Cabins, The Round House & Back Shed independently booked) -Deposit MUST be paid within 21 days of booking -Balance of payment to be paid prior to or on the day of arrival.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, BY EMAIL, 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL! Payments -Cash, cheque, money order, credit card. -Send to PO Box 547, Nowra 2541 or phone for bank details. IMPORTANT: INCLUDE NAME AND BOOKING DATE WITH EACH PAYMENT.
Group Numbers -Include participants, coordinators, caterers, family support and children (over 5 yrs). -Confirm final numbers asap, Please notify us of groups more than 22. -For correct invoicing please notify us of late guests.
Bond -A bond (20-50% of the total amount) may be required for specific groups. -To be settled on payment of balance. -Transferred in full after inspection and where the retreat is left in an agreeable condition.
Pets -Maximum of 3 dogs only. -Pets are to be kept off furniture and remain outside at all times. -Please clean up after your pet. Cleaning fee may be imposed.
Cancellations Bamarang Bush Retreat predominately caters to groups and planned retreats. As a result, it is generally booked well in advance. Late cancellations are difficult to fill. All cancellations are subject to the terms below.
Mudbrick Houses 16 weeks notice - deposit transferred. Less than 16 weeks notice - deposit forfeited unless a replacement booking is available.
The Back Shed 30 days notice - deposit transferred. Less than 30 days notice - deposit forfeited unless a replacement booking is available.
The Bush Cabins 21 days notice - deposit transferred. Less than 21 days notice - deposit forfeited unless a replacement booking is available.
Once in a while, we have a last minute cancellation. Stand by rates are available at reduced rates. If you would like to be notified of such occasions, please contact us at bamarang@shoal.net.au
